Ordered a custom ring using one of their diamonds. Went through several CAD designs and made revisions to my exact requests. They handled the manufacturing of the ring and setting. It arrived promptly after they finished setting. 10/10 could not have asked for a better experience overall.

The ring design by Jonathan was beautiful, elegant and completely customized to what we wanted. The entire experience was smooth, from initial inquiry, to design, to getting quotes on the options, to getting the designs brought to life by their master bench, to receiving the exquisite rings. I contacted the Distinctive Gem team for an August Vintage round diamond, as a replacement for my engagement ring. Shopping was easy, customer service was great and in so happy with my final product. It's stunning!

Only tricky part for me was shipping to Canada. We got it sorted out (thanks Vicki!) but it was a bit of a headache for all.
